so bei mir siehts so aus :

ich bin total dünn und für meine größe auch viel zu leicht ..
bei mir hängt sowas dann immer mim kreislauf zusammen !

hatte dasselbe als ich von heut auf morgen mit sport aufgehört hab ..
da bin ich sogar als umgekippt

was hast du so für blutdruckwerte !?

ich habe dir gesagt woran es liegen könnte wenns dich nicht juckt dann frag erst gar nicht. es haben sehr viele leute probleme mit der schlddrüse besonders in D....

also ich penn unter der woche im schnitt pro nacht 5 stunden.
muss aber auch 4.45h aufstehen :rolleyes:
naja am wochen ende dann penn ich 8-10h. egal wie lang ich schlaf fit bin eigentlich fast immer. :daumen:
