Unzulässiger pott

Hi Leute,

weiß einer von euch was mir blüht wenn ich einen nicht eingetragennen Auspuff drauf habe (ohne ABE oder Betriebserlaubnis), z.B. jolly oder arrow und mich die grünen aufhalten. Ohne Probezeit!!! :D

das kommt hier totalauf den typ drauf an.
Da hat man schon diverse Storys gehört.
Von Beschlagnahmen des ESD , stillegen des Bikes, nach Hause fahren dürfen, oder einfach nur abholen lassen, hab ich schon alles gehört.

Da gibt es schon erhebliche Unterschiede. Ist der Auspuff "normal" kaputt, also durchgerostet oder ähnlich, dann handelt es sich zwar auch um eine Illegalität, das ist jedoch fahrlässig passiert und wird starffrei (eventuell 5 oder 10 Euro Verwarnungsgeld) geduldet, Mängelkarte wird es wahrscheinlich trotzdem geben.

Sind die Löcher nicht ganz zufällig oder ist der Auspuff komplett illegal, dann handelt es sich um eine Vorsatzhandlung und dann wird (kann zumindest) das volle Paket kommen.

kann man idr. nicht verallgemeinern. das kann gehen von "komm hau ab sieh zu das des wieder hin bekommst"

bis hin zu 3 punkten, ganz viel geld, anzeige wegen lärmbelästigung, abschleppen, seminar, anzeige wegen versicherungsbetrug (da du mehrleistung als erlaubt hast) also das volle programm.

ich hab für nen aufgebohrten ne mängelkarte bekommen.
