Wieviel stemmt ihr?

Wollte mal von euch wissen, wieviel ihr so stemmt! Ich hab ja jetzt erst damit angefangen und bin jetzt bei 40kg ( mehr gewichte hab ich noch nicht)! Ihr könnt ja auch dazu schreiben, seit wann ihr pumpt und mit wieviel ihr angefangen habt!

Trainiere seit über 3 Jahren, eigentlich immer regelmäßig, bnis auf letzter Zeit. Durch Beruf und Uni bleibt da kaum bis gar keine Zeit mehr.

Max. drücken tue ich so zw. 100-105 kg.
Nur leider sagt das so überhaupt nix aus, jemand bei uns ist super fett, total unsportliche Figur und drückt 150 kg. Trainiert nur immer Brust und Bizeps...das sind ja meine Spezialisten :))

drücken tu ich egtl auch net. ich machs halt mit so hanteln. pro arm halt 10kg.mehr hab ich im mom net zuhause. die dinger hab ich mal vor ein paar monaten beim aldi gekauft, sind echt kuhl
Hat jemand ne Signatur von Nöten, dem fehlen wahrscheinlich die Klöten.
