Gasschieberanschlagdrossel? meint ihr sowas? da wird ein plättchen oder so in den vergaser reinmontiert 
damit man nur noch 3/4 gas hat. die drossel wird auffallend oft bei kmx's verwendet...

bei mir isset in kombination mit auspuff, verengung im ansaugtrakt und andara übasetzung
weniger schieber offen = weniger luft und sprit = weniger leistung = drossel
