Schlägerei

Ok, es geht um 2 Personen, nennen wir den einen Checker ( :( ) und den anderen Nichtsnutz ^^

Also folgende Situation:
Checker ist auf ner party und plötzlich kommt nichtsnutz ...

die beiden hassen sich und nichtsnutz fängt an zu stänkern

checker lässt sich natürlich nichts gefallen und sagt zu nichtsnutz, wenn er so cool ist, könnte er ihm ja mal eine aufs maul hauen

ok, nichtsnutz schlägt zu und checker schlägt zurück ...

die folgen für nichtsnutz sind ein gebr. nasenbein, eine kaputte zahnspange und einen platzwunde auf der augenbraue + sanka

checker war übrigens nicht verletzt ...

hat das folgen für checker?

er hat ja schließlich nicht als erstes zugeschlagen ... mehr oder weniger notwehr

soll man das so verstehen dass du der checker war :D
eigentlich dürft dass keine folgen haben da es schliesslich notwehr war, denn laut
dem was du geschrieben hast, hat der "nichtsnutz" ja als erstes zugeschlagen und du hast dich ja nur gewehrt, weil du angst um dein leben hattest :))

abgesehen davon, das checker einer der größten looser überhaupt ist und sich mit sowas in einem forum versucht zu profilieren und er zudem noch weiss das ihm nichs passieren wird... nichts

wie oft und fest muss checker denn bitte draufgelappt haben das der sonen gesichtsgulasch hinterlassen hat??

Also müssen ja mindestens 3 nicht unfeste schläge gewesen sein. ich denke ab dem 2ten wars keine notwehr mehr vorallem wenns blut schon am spritzen is und dir nix passiert is.

Aber glaub der wird nix machen weil er angefangen hat

wenn checker sagt das nichtsnutz ihm eine aufs maul hauen soll war das eine einladung und keine notwehr. wo kommen wir denn da hin? du hast doch um die faust gebettelt... notwehr is das nicht. eher einen grund gesucht den zu verprügeln.:)39

Im Grunde genommen war es Notwehr. Da du ihn aber aufgefordert hast zu zu schlagen, ist das ein Grenzfall. Wenn du jemand dazu verleitest dich zu schlagen, ist nich immer was mit Notwehr.
