Wirklich widersprechen tu ich mir da aber net.

->Bei normalen Bedingungen mögen die Bitumenstreifen ja noch ganz berechenbar sein.

Aber wenn's eben net grad 20°C hat und bewölkt ist, dann sind die Dinger schon arg schmierig.

Und natürlich kommt's auch drauf an ob nur ein kleiner Streifen da rum liegt oder die ganze Straße damit gepflaster ist wie z.B. am Schauinsland bei Freiburg.
