Garantie ohne Rechnung...!?

Garantie ohne Rechnung...!?

Hallo alle!

Hab ne frage und zwar will sich meine Freundin nen Laptop privat kaufen der bei eBay drin war, aber nicht verkauft wurde!

Die Verkäuferin ist ziemlich nett, sie hat auch schon Kontakt mit ihr per Mail aufgenommen, nur steht in der eBay Beschreibung dabei, dass die Rechnung und der Lieferschein fehlen, da sie den Laptop geschenkt bekommen hat.

Dieser ist erst 2 Wochen alt.

Wie sieht es ohne Rechnung mit der Garantie aus? Ist ein Laptop von Acer

Vielen Dank im Voraus...

Kommt aber auch immer drauf an, beim Notebook geht das wahrscheinlich nur mit Rechnung. Hatte mal ein Nokia N90 zur Reperatur. Auch ohne Rechnung. Wurde alles auf Garantie gemacht. Die meinten das wäre kein Problem. Liegt wohl vllt. daran, dass es das Handy noch keine 2 Jahre gibt...

Ne bei Handys werden die Produktionsdaten aufm Chip gespeichert!

Und bei Notebooks (etc.) wird man es mit der Seriennummer nachvollziehen können.

Einfache Lösung übrigens: die Verkäuferin soll eine Rechnung ohne MwSt ausstellen, dann hat deine Freundin eine.

bei benq brauchte ich wegen dem tft keine rechnung, die konnten anhand der seriennummer das produktionsdatum herausfinden, wie falk bereits erwähnt hat

wie soll die die Rechnung ausstellen?

ist doch Privatverkauf.
Soll die da einfach nen Zettel schreiben oder wie?

Ja dachte vllt. auch, dass Acer das an der Seriennummer vom Laptop erkennt, wie alt dieser schon ist!
