Drosslung Frage

so hab ma eine frage. hatte heute eine heftige Diskussion. Ich fahre ja die Husqvarna SM 125 und sie läuft gedrosselt laut tacho 115 kmh. so was würde passieren wenn mich jetz die polizei anhalten würde un mir den Vorwurf bringt das sie nicht richtig gedrosselt ist. wer ist dann dran schuld. ich selber habe noch nichts dran getunt also drossel raus oder sonst was.

Also folgenes solange wie du noch nicht auffällig warst bzw bist passiert dir relativ wenig wenn sie dich erwischen sollten "nur" ne geld strafe. mit der sache ich habe nichts dran gemacht brauchste garnicht ankommen!! Nur wenn die karre ordnungsgemäß gedrosselt ist und alles original ist dann können sie dir garnichts!!

also soweit ich weiß is ne tolleranz von 8% vorgesehen ... wenn die also mehr als 88 schafft, dann müsstest du rein theoretisch zum händler gehen und sagen baut mir ne vernünftige drossel ein ... aber wer macht das schon ... was die grünen streifenhörnchen machen kA ... ich wurd bisher auch noch nich angehalten und ich schaff auch so um die 100-110...

also ich hab bei meiner echt noch rein gar nix verändert ist auch noch alles neu. also zum händler bring ich se net weil bin ja zufrieden das se so läuft^^

kann auch sein, dass sich das drosselrohr im krümmer gelöst hat und jetz einfach unten drin rumliegt und sie deshalb etwas besser zieht! war bei mir so.. die drossel hielt ungefähr 50km! wenns dich irgendwie interessiert kannst du ja mal den krümmer abbauen und dran schütteln.. dann weisst du sofort was sache ist! und ja rein rechtlich gesehn ist so natürlich nicht optimal und höchstwahrscheinlich gilt dein versicherungsschutz jetzt nicht mehr!

..naja die scheiss bullerei cheggt sowas eh nich .. die sind viel zu plööööd =)

Also die Drossel kann natürlich sich lockeren und lösen, aber eigentlich ist es bei einer Husky sms ganz normal das sie LT ~110-120 fährt (komplett gedrosselt)!

Schau mal ob im Krümmer vor dem Drosselrohr noch ein "Metallring" angeschmweißt ist. Das ist normalerweise die 80km/h Drossel.

Ansonsten ist das ein altbekanntes Problem bei Husqvarna. Die sind alle ein wenig zu schnell :o

Rein rechtlich ist es übrigens egal, dass dir dein händler die maschine auf 80 gedrosselt übergeben hat und sie jetzt tacho 115 läuft. der fahrer und der halter sind für das fahrzeug verantworltich, von daher würdest du den ärger bekommen.

Also ich weiß zwar ned inwiefern die "Sie fahren...."-Schilder stimmen, aber dann hat die Husqvarna nen gewaltigen Unterschied. Also meine läuft auch 120 laut Tacho, aber ich schätze das da ne gewaltige Ungenauigkeit ist wenn ich hier bei 70 schon 59 anzeigt.

Was sagt ihr sind die genau??????? Also die Schilder, meine ich :D

ja ich kann mir auch ned vorstellen, dass der so ungenau gehen soll, aber was sagt ihr hat einer von euch mal nen digi-tacho so fürs fahrrad rangebaut überleg ich mir nämlich gibt beim louis für 18€ nen guten.

was sagt ihr dazu?
