Girlfriend vs. Car - private Haftpflicht?

Hi,

gestern abend hat meine Freundin mit meinen Auto in einer Kurve im Parkhaus eine riesige Mauer mitgenommen. Auch Schreien hinderte sie nicht daran die komplette Tür und Heck zu verschrammen. Komm gerade von der Werkstatt, er meinte über 2,5k € Schaden.

Was tun?
Kann man es irgendwie hinbiegen, dass die private Haftpflicht meiner Freundin das bezahlt?
Ich hab keine *kakso Versicherung, gibt es irgendwelche Möglichkeiten, dass meine Freundin nicht auf dem Schaden sitzen bleibt?

Achja und lasst nie Frauen euer Auto fahren, ihr werdet es bitter bereuen. :wand: :wand: ;( ;(

1. shit happens....aber es is halt deine freundin ;)

2. ja wenn ich mich net täusch kann man sowas über die private haftpflicht regeln....außer auto is nen sonderfall.....aber glaub net

Private Haftpflicht schließt Kraftfahrzeuge afaik aus.

ich hab meine Ex öfters mal fahren lassen als Winterreifen drauf waren.
Die ist immer so arschknapp an den Bordsteinkanten und geparkten
Autos vorbei dass ich es nicht gewagt hab ihr das Auto mit Sommer-Alus
zu überlassen. Das Risiko war mir zu hoch. ;)

ja, ich habe den fehler gemacht und dabei 1 woche alte borbet T dahinschmelzen sehen (beide auf der beifahrerseite)

naja, habe danach ihren astra bis zum motorschaden getreten haha
die rot/grüne regierung der 90er hat mich dick gemacht

Mach mal Foto´s... evt. kannst ja die Teile vom Schrotti besorgen+Lacken und dann kommst schon wesentlich günstiger weg.

Am hinteren Kotflügel muss ausgebeult werden, das kann wohl nur ein Pro. Die Tür versuch ich mal irgendwo herzubekommen (irgendwelche Tips?). Lacker kann ich evtl auch auftreiben.



Ansonsten versuchen wirs mal mit privater Haftpflicht, probieren kann mans ja mal.

ausbeulen auf jeden fall mal beim karosseriebauer denk ich ma....
