mobilcom

will mir demnächst ein neues handy holen.

dabei bin ich auf mobilcom gestoßen. hab irgenwie festgestellt dass dort alles ungewöhnlich billlig is. sowohl die handy preise als auch die tarife sind ganz anders als bei vodafone e-plus und was es nicht sonst noch alles gibt.
irgendwie kommt mir des komisch vor, dabei solltes ja eigentlich ein seriöser anbiter sein. oder übersehe ich irgendwas?

hat hier vielleicht jemand sein handy und kann mir was darüber sagen obs da irgendwie probleme gibt bei denen?

würd mir aber nen zwischenhändler holn, ich hab meins bei mobildiscounter.de (talk+) bestellt. handy war nach 2 tagen da, vertrag ging auch sofort und war sau günstig. über die hälfte günstiger als bei mobilcom direkt.

hi

bin auch bei Mobilcom, bin leider nicht so zufrieden. vertrag und so ist ok, habe ich jetzt 1 1/2 Jahre, aber der Service per Mail dauert recht lange und vor allem stört mich, dass Mobilcom mich einfach auch Online Rechnung umgesteltl hat. Und beides, also normal per post und Online Rechnung geht laut ANfrage nicht. Werde jetzt wahrscheinlich zum Ende hin wechseln nach Debitel oder so. Habe damals auch über Preiswerthandy.de bestellt.
