Der riss ist ungefär da... ist halt " nur " ein riss .. den sieht man mit bloßem auge niht... und es pfeift ein wegig raus.... liegt es daran das er nur bis 9000 u/ min zieht?

frag doch nicht tausend mal! es nimmt leistung.. fertig! es gibt leider keine formel wieviel ps fehlen bei wieviel cm risslänge :wand:

aber wenn die AS jetz gut ist wirds wohl schon daran liegen!

sonst könnte es auch sein, dass die kolbenringe einfach verblasen sind.. war bei mir letztens maschine lief noch hat aber nur noch 8000 gedreht!

Die Zylinderfüllung wird beim 2Takter auch durch den Gasgegendruck im Auspuff
gesteuert. Wenn da wirklich ein Riss ist und der Druck an einer Stelle entweicht die nicht vom Hersteller vorgesehen wurde, dann kostet das wirklich Leistung.
Die "Gasschwingungssäule" passt dann nicht mehr. Beim 2Takter ist der Auspuff viel wichtiger als beim 4Takter der über Ventile gesteuert wird...

habe heute beim Baumarkt so Paste gekauft mit der man risse oder kleine löcher am auspuff zuspachteln kann .... was meint ihr ... wird das halten?
Diese Paste zum schleifen habe ich nicht gefunden

lol ja dumm gelaufen sorry! hab übersehen, dass er schonwieder was wegen den auspuff nachgefragt hat... :rolleyes:

aber ja murks is es echt.. nen kollege hat mal versucht mit dieser paste, solchen komischen bändern und so tollen auspuffflickschellen sein dt krümmer dicht zu kriegen. hat ca 3km gehaltn und danch war das loch 5mal so gross wie vorher =)

hat er auch nach der Anleitung gehandelt oder hat er das zeug einfach draufgeschmiert?

Ich will das nicht zu schweißen, weil da im Auspuff auch was kaputt gehen kann... oder die schweißnaht nach innen gehen kann ... ;(

Wenn garnix geht bleibt als letzte alternative nur ein ganz neuen zu kaufen .... (krümmer) .. ich bin aber auch nicht "richy rich"..... :P

lol ich hab heute gemerkt, dass meine mito in den ersten gängen nichmehr über 7.000 upm dreht aber im 7. gang drehtse komplett hoch (der motor war warm) woran könnte das liegen?

ja lol kannst es ja mal nach anleitung probieren und uns danach erzählen, dass es nicht geklappt hat! also ich hab schon einmal einen 6 jahre alten auspuff geschweisst und das war kein problem! mach das einfach.. zerbröseln tut er beim schweissen nur, wenn das blech schon super dünn und rostig ist!

soul, deine schilderung ist zwars nich allzu konkret, aber schätzungsweise auch AS!
