hab jetzt nicht alles gelesen aber bei mir wars so:

maschine gekauft , papiere geholt , bei der versicherung versicherungs"schutz"karte(doppelkarte glaub) geholt , alles beim amt vorgelegt , mit nummernschild zum händler , drangemacht und ab die post

Ich habs bei meinem Händler so ausgehandelt, dass ich ihm die Doppelkarte gebe und der das Teil anmeldet. Kannst den ja mal fragen, ober das für dich macht ^^

Achja, nur ne Nebeninfo--->rotes Nummerschild gibts nicht mehr, ist wie oben schon beschrieben normales Schild mit Datum.
