DIODENbezeichnung

hallo,

wenn ich eine diode mit der bezeichnung 40005 hab, welchen nennspg. und welchen nennstrom hat diese dann? evtl gleich noch das beispiel mit der 40007!
ich find in meinen scheiß büchern keine einzige beschreibung dazu und auf wikipedia kommt nur welche bezeichnungsart des ist!
