Endtopf der RS polieren

Würde das funktionieren?

Ist ja ein Alu-Endtopf und eher matt.

Hat den von euch schonmal jemand poliert oder einen anderen aus poliertem Alu dran?

Mit was poliert man den am besten? Bohrmaschine mit Polieraufsatz? Schwingschleifer? Exzenterschleifer? Delta-Schleifer?

Und wie dick ist denn die Wand ungefähr? Wär ja scheisse wenn die dann durchbricht...

ich hab ausm matten alu-topf mit nevr dull und soner chrompolitur(grau tube oder am besten ist die gold-schwarze) ausm baumarkt nen astreinen polierten, fast chromähnlichen auspuffendtopf gemacht! hat höchstens 3€ gekostet!

nix mit aufsätze für ne bohrmaschine!

fehlender Hubraum wird durch Drehzahl ersetzt - 2 Takt Power :evil:

also, meistens is der endtopp irgendwie eloxiert (bei der mito zumindest)
dann musst du erstmal das eloxierte abschleifen.
nimmste 240er und dann 400er.
dann 600er nass, 1000er nass und als finish 2000er nass!
dann is die oberfläche schön glatt und du nimmst dir so einen polieraufsatz für die bohrmaschine und polierst.
gibts im baumarkt, hab ein polierset mit vor und hochglanzpolitur und hab damit meine mito poliert.
is aber ne scheiß arbeit!!!!!!
Mein Mopped fährt mit Sprit und net mit ABE!! X(

guck dir den tecni-gas an - das ist <<eloxiertes aluminium>> und kein standardauspuff!
aber falls das bei der mito trotzdem der fall sein sollte - brauchste den nur richtig zu pflegen - wenn du den tecni neu siehst und in der hans hältst - kannst du dich in dem teil spiegeln.
hab noch nie so einen auspuff anner mito gesehen - aber wenn es sowas geben sollte - brauchst ihn nur gut pflegen - dann bleibt der auch so top im aussehen!

Naja eloxieren lassen ist glaubich nicht machbar, weil man den ja nicht zerlegen kann. Aber du kannst den Schalldämpfer ja auch lackieren oder verchromen lassen

Hab noch einen orginal RS 125 Schalldämpfer zu verkaufen. Will den jemand haben?

Ich habe auch meinen Auspuff poliert. Siehe Bild !!!
Auf dem Foto wurde nur der untere Poliert. Das siet man ja auch. Er glenzt noch nicht so schön, aber das liegt daran, dass die Sonne nicht draufgeschienen hat !
Aber ein Polierter Pott kommt gleich viel besser !!!

nix gegen deine karre - in silber NATÜRLICH hammergeil - aber der puff passt irgendwie gar nich zur der karre - da gehört nen kevlar oder carbon dran - dann is sie perfekt!

aso und nochmal zum thema eloxieren - man jungs das ist ne 125er. - nun übertreibts ma nich mit euren vorstellungen - dann kauft euch den tecni-gas ESD - dann habt ihr was polierets-eloxiertes!

Ja ich würe mir ja gerne einen Carbon Pott kaufen, aber mein Händler sagt:
"Mach das nicht ! Erstens muss man da die Düsen einstellen und 2. ist dein Motor nach kurzer Zeit schrott, weil ein 2takter Motor sehr anfällig auf den Auspuff wirkt" so hat er es gesagt.
Dagegen der Verkäufer im Internet:
" Ach ist alles quatsch. Da muss man keine Düsen einstellen und der Motor geht davon auch nicht kaputt"
Zum Verkäufer denke ich, dass er noch ein Geschäft machen will !!

Also was ratet ihr mir ???

is der jolly oder :P !?

weißt du - wenn man das so nimmt - darf man an der karre nix machen - nicht mal ne kette vom anderen hersteller außer von apri. kaufen!
meiner meinung nach alles relativ - natürlich hat die kiste dann mehr power durch den auspuff - ich glaub deine hat auch noch kat drin oder!?
anders bedüsen - kann ich dir nicht sagen - da ich "noch" <--- :D keine 250er. fahre.
bei ner 125er. ist ein verändern der leistung immer mit einer anderen abstimmung des gesamtpaketes des motors verbunden - frag ma mikx_5 - der gibt dir da bestimmt gerne ausreichend info oder geh auf www.2stroke-racing.de - da wird dich geholfen ;)
