Knackiger Preis - was hast du da für nen Aufschlag draufgesetzt für die Möbelmitnutzung? Für das Geld kriegste nen schönen Berliner Altbau mit Stuck und vollem Programm und dann noch 80 bis 90 Quadratmeter. Nach München zieh ich schonmal nicht :pinch:
