aufflexen und zuschweißen

moin mädels, ich fahr ne nsr 98 baujahr, die die wo noch 34 ps hat so wie es sich auch gehört*G*
blos dat problem is meine geht noch null ab weil die drecks WErksdrosseln noch im auspuff BZW. krümmer drin sind. kann mir einer sagen wo genau die drin sind oder was man beim flexen oder schweissen beachten sollte thx.

Nur die Italienischen NSR haben so um die 30-32 PS! und des mit dem Krümmerdrosseln raumachen würd ich an deiner stelle nicht selber machen! Lieber zum Händler und machen lassen, bevor du da was verpfuscht!

Also ich hab die Drossel auch alleine aus der Blase vom Krümmer gemacht....einfach aufflexen,scheibe rausschlegen,dann alles wieder zuschweißen(nur das hab ich mir machen lassen) und wider schön lackieren damit nix rostet!!das is kein problem.....oder machs anders:
kauf dir gleich nen anderen Auspuff...!!

@bloody: woher willst du wissen ob deine 98er ne italienische ist? sowas bekommste entweder aufmprüstand raus oder bei nem rennen gegen aprilia!!!

und ausserdem: die italienische gibts garnicht mit drossel drin!!!

freilich gibts des du knallbirne*G*

Man erkennt des daran ob man ne Ital hat oder net wenn man auf die nummer da schaut die unterhabld vom Lenker der NSR ist. und dann du da ne bestimmte ziffernfolge hast, ich glaube es war f22 oder so dann isses ne ital und bei ner deutschen isses a20 oder a22!
und ich hab ne Ital

naja, wers glaubt! meine NSR hat von anfang an schon keine drossel drin wo ich sie gekauft habe... und gewundert hab ich mich auch immer das mich noch keine aprilia gschnappt hat, ausser auf der audobahn, aber die war ja auch wat getunt...bleib mal weiter in dem glauben, ich kanns wenigstens beweisen das ich 27PS am hinterrad habe....nur leider hab ich kein scannertreiber ;(

Also ich weiß ja net ob das mit der Drossel stimmt!!! Meine ist auch gedrosselt und ist ne italienerin!!!

Beweis:
-Im Fahrzeugschein steht: "Neufahrzeug eingeführt aus Italien"
-Auf dem Rahmen steht: "Made in Italy"
-Meine Aufschrift auf dem Tank ist italienisch
-Sie läuft komplett gedrosselt schon 120
-Halboffen hab ich sogar schon 150 geschafft
-Hab ne andere Drossel als alle deutschen die ich kenne: "TSR8000"

Ich war jez gerade im Bike geschäft und die haben bei honda gecalled so vor paar tagen weil ich da auch scho mal angefragt habe und der hat sich meine nummer da aufgeschrieben und ich hab ne italienische und da is ne drossel drin und die würden die mir rausmachen, also net honda sondern die deppen vom geschäft aber die wollen halt 60 -80 Euro die sucka

naja grundsätzlich muss ich verbrater zustimmen es gibt keine graue-itaker mit ner krümemrdrossel !!! das einzige was du hast ist die 15-PS euro version !!!

und das was Jones schreibt sind typische äußerliche merkmale für ne graue-itaker.

Ja aber meine ist gedrosselt! Wahrscheinlich wurde sie offen importiert und dann bei uns gedrosselt! Das erklärt auch die komische Blackbox!!! Man kann ja einfach den Auspuff gegen nen gedrosselten tauschen und schon ists in Ordnung!!!!! Oder sie hat ne Drossel im Vergaser!!!
