RS im arsch

meine RS 125 (Rotax 122) rasselt und vibriert wie die sau wenn ich den motor starte. bin letztens mit 9000 - 10000 upm im 2 gang gefahren als es plötzlich passierte. was kann das sein. die vibriert halt wie die sau alles wackelt und komische klack geräusche kommen au dem motor

Hört sich nach Ausgleichswelle an!

Läuft sie noch normal also keine komischen Motorengeräusche?

Nur vibrieren? Bei mir wars damals die Ausgleichswelle und ab und zu hats richtig laut geknackt!
Wer andere in der Kurve brät, hat meist ein 2-Takt Heizgerät!

Ausgleichswelle? Wo isn die?? Kenn mich nich mit den Rotax Motoren aus, aber glaub nich das es sowas bei der TZR gibt, sind die nich eigentlich an viertaktern??

Ausgleichswellen gibts bei Einzylindern. Egal ob 2T oder 4T. Beim 4T wird die aber net oft eingebaut, weil der schon ne höhere Laufruhe wie n 2T hat.

also ich hatte mal ne alte Yamaha RD80/LC2 (Gott hab sie selig! :D )
Die hatte auch gerasselt wie die Hölle, allerdings hab ich die auch
komplett selber zusammengeschraubt aus lauter Einzelteilen!

Bei mir wars der Auspuff, der war komplett ausgeräumt und die Flöte
lag nur noch locker drinnen, das war der Grund für's Rasseln! :D

Mann, die gute alte RD80, wie geil sie halt war! :))

ach ja, ich hab sie damals verkauft weil ich koooohlen für ein auto gebraucht habe,
außerdem ist jeden tag was neues kaputt gegangen, da hat man irgendwann keine
nerven mehr! :D

die ausgleichswelle sitzt hinter der kurbelwelle!!! Bei der RS ist normal, dass diese Plastikzahnräder kaputt gehen, die die ausgleichswelle antreiben. dann vibriert sie wie sau. wie gesagt, können natürlich auch KW-lager sein. ich tippe aber eher auf die zahnräder. würde nur noch mit der maschine zum händler fahren, weil wenn die zahnräder komplett den geist aufgeben, läuft die ölpumpe nicht mehr mit!!!

Flo: die ausgleichswelle laeuft außerhalb des kurbelgehaeuses!!
der rest stimmt schon so, wie du sagst, ich tipp auch dass die plastikzahnraeder im arsch sind und deswegen die ausgleichswelle nimmer mitlaeuft, weil wenns n kw-lager waere, dann waer dein motor schon laengst im arsch...
ich wuerd aber auch so nimmer fahren...
