Mito schraube rausdrehen

Ich und nen Kumpel haben nen Probelm. Wir wollten nen neues kettenkit dranmachen. Hat auch soweit geklappt, muss jetzt nurnoch das Clipschloss geschlossen werden. Nun mussten wir die Schrauben zum Zurückstellen der Hinterradachse wieder reindrehen. Ja, das ging halt ziemlich schwer und dann ist und letzendlich wie es nun sein musste der schraubkopf abgebichen. SO, das problem ist nun, wie bekommen wir diese verf*ckte schraube da raus? Habe an Kontermutter gedacht, nur wie funktioniert das Prinzip? Bitte schnelle hilfe?

das is nen ding das drehste in die schraube dann verkrallt sich das da und reht die schraube raus, wos sowas gibt ka? was für ne schraube isn das? m6? m8?
