Unfall - RS Totalschaden

Also am donnerstag abend war ich in ner kneipe und hatte kein geld dabei, dann wollte ich noch auf die bank fahrn.ich bin dann losgefahren so 20m im ersten gang und da ist es passiert.So eine alte kuh ist voll frontal in mich reingefahren.ich wurde dann so um 3 im krankenhaus wach und konnte mich an nichts mehr erinnern!nun bin ich daheim und komme gerade vom abschleppdienst.Moped ist totalschaden allerdings kann ich es noch ausschlachten.ich habe den linken arm gebrochen und eine platzwunde im gesicht.zum glück hab ich ne vollkaskoversicherung und bekomme nun ein neues mopped!mal sehn welches es sein wird!

Gute Besserung an dich .. Wenigstens ist dir scheinbar nicht so viel passiert.
Wenn die Frontal rein ist..
Ist sie doch schuld oder?
Dann muss deine VK gar nicht zahlen, sondern deren Versicherung+saftiges Schmerzensgeld.
Wenn sie Schuld ist, nehm dir auf jedenfall nen Anwalt.
Das geht auch auf die Kosten des Schuldigen.
Ist echt empfehlenswert,sonst wirst du übers Ohr gehauen.
Mach Kopien von allen Beweiszetteln, Attesten, Rechnugen usw..
Auch wenns lästig ist,meine Erfahrung sagt mir, es ist einfach notwendig.

Ansonsten wirds schon werden :)

ja die bezahlt das!wegen den bildern ich hab keinen webspace!zum glück ist jetzt winter!in 6 wochen werd ich mich mal nach nem neuen mopped umsehen!

edit:getrunken hab ich nichts, warscheinlich war die dran schuld, aber die hat zu den bullen gesagt ich war zu schnell, was aber nicht sein kann, ich hab auch zeugen!mal sehen

nein!hab das ganz schlau gemacht!aber wie sag ich hier nicht!ich kann nur sagen es gibt keinen schalter und die bb ist ganz normal angeschlossen!
