PHP/JS Frage: PHP Skript bei Seitenstart nicht ausführen!?

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das ausführen eines PHP Skripts beim aufrufen einer Seite (in welcher das Skript geschrieben ist) zu unterbinden? Soll sich nur auf das Aufrufen der Seite beziehen.
