Hilfe! Mein ESD ist pöhse ^^

Hey Leute,

mein Umbau der 6er ist fast abgeschlossen.
Heute hab ich den ESD (LeoVince Evo II) drangeschraubt und alles lief wunderbar. Sound is geil und Passform war auch top.

Als ich dann -blöde vor mich hingrinsend- am gashahn gedreht habe kam mir die geilomatische Idee ,dass der DB-Eater ja eigentlich auch raus kann, der behindert bloß die freie Entfaltung des Sounds *g*

Langer Rede kurzer SInn:
Schraubenzieher geschnappt und an's Werk gegangen ,als die Katastrophe geschah... Ungläubig hab ich auf den Eater gestarrt und blankes Entsetzen schüttelte mich: der Eater is mir ner Sicherheitsschraube gesichert,die nur festgezogen ,aber nicht gelöst werden kann!

Meine Frage an euch: wie bekomme ich das blöde Teil da raus? Bin der Verzweiflung echt nahe ^^

Was soll denn das bitte schön für ne Schraube sein?

Lösungsvorschlag: Rausdrehen - muss ja irgendwie gehen - dann nen loch in den Eater bohren, normale Schraube durch und mit Mutter festziehen.

Hast du auch sicher in die richtige Richtung gedreht? :D :P


Also ist quasi der Kopf der Schraube so gebaut das man nur in eine Richtung drehn kann oder wie? --> sehr fest andrücken / Rohrzange

jaja, ich bin doch nicht dämlich!

die schraube ist abgerundet ,d.h. das der schraubenzieher nicht packen kann!
Zange hab ich auch schon versucht, da geht nicht, weil der kopf der schraube so scheiße abgerundet ist !

Die idee mit dem schlitz war bisher am besten^^
nur wie kriege ich den darein?

EDIT: soundcheck kommt noch ;)

nimm die zange und pack mal wie ein mann zu. dann geht das auch 8o

am besten und sichersten: puff ab, umdrehen, ordentlich festhalten, einspannen oder sonst was... dann alles drum rum abdecken und vorsichtig dremeln ...

wie du den stecker vom dremel in die steckdose stecken musst, weißt du aber schon, oder? :wand:

Würde mit der Säge eine Kerbe reinsägen und dann mitm Schraubenzieher die Schraube rausdrehen. So haben wirs beim Kumpel gemacht.
Wir geben Geld aus das wir nicht haben, für Tuning das wir nicht brauchen, um Leute zu beeindrucken die wir nicht kennen :D

exakt so funktioniert es. einfach zange dran, fest zudrücken und drehn und sie geht raus
