Vollmacht für Abmelden

Hi!

Ich brauche ein Muster für eine Vollmacht zum abmelden. Am WE will ich ein Motorrad kaufen und direkt mit heim nehmen. Da muss mir der Verkäufer eine Vollmacht schreiben damit ich die Maschine von ihm abmelden kann und auf mich anmelden kann.

Richtig. Der Besitz des Fahrzeugbriefes inzidiert diese "Vollmacht" sozusagen. Abmeldung ist übrigens auch bei orts-/kreisfremden Kennzeichen möglich (bspw. F auch in Tübingen abmeldbar)

Du brauchst garnichts..
Einfach abmelden und fertig.. Neuerdings bekommt nur noch die Versicherung und das Fianzamt einen Wisch, dass das Motorrad abgemeldet wurde.. Der Besitzer nicht mehr..

Aber wenn er das so will, dann schickst du ihm einfach eine Kopie vom Brief oder sonst was.. Da ist es ja vermerkt, dass das Motorrad abgemeldet wurde.

Hab heute mit ihm telefoniert. Wenn ihm die Anzahlung reicht darf ich sie direkt einpacken. Donnerstag wird sie angemeldet :daumen: Konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Ich bin so feucht
