Cagiva Mito I Bj 1992 NEUAUFBAU

Hi Jungs,
hab mir ne 92 Mito geholt, optisch 1a, technisch läuft sie, Gianelli Komplettanlage, jedoch Auslassschieber fest. Motorraum total versifft, Simmeringe an der Gabel undicht, Hinterreifen drunten, vordere Felge stark vermockt (Salz), aber hier seht selbst:



Hier n Bild von der Gianelli, Endtopf war stark gerostet, Kumpel hatte aber noch einen schönen da:

Das drüber ist ne Fischergeiz, nur zum vergleich

Noch der alte ESD

hmm, ja ihr habt schon recht wäre klüger gewesen aber egal.
Hab hetu mal den Schieber nach 1-Stundigem erhitzen und zieher rausbekommen und gereinigt:




Hab dann noch alles ein bisschen gereinigt, morgn gehts weiter...

sehr schöner zustand. mir ist grad gestern erst ne top eddy lawson durch die lappen gegangen :/
sieht ja eigentlich recht normal aus der motor..
ich würd den schieber mal mit schleifpaste ein bisschen einschleifen. der sieht ja zz nicht so gut aus.
und auf die fläche der ass gehört keine dichtmasse.

Sind das Beschleunigungslöcher in der Verkleidung? :sportlich:
Man müsste die Geduld und Nervenstärke eines Stuhls haben, der muss auch mit jedem Arsch klar kommen. :daumen:

Zylinderkopf und Anbauteile abgeschliffen:


Lackiert:


Zylinder und Auslasssteuerung wieder zusammengesetzt:


Zylinder sieht recht gut aus, denke der kam vor kurzem neu:


Morgn wird die AS mal eingestellt und probegefahren^^
