Mails in Outlook gelöscht

hiho,

kurze Frage, habe eben ausversehen anstatt einer Mail, alle Mails in meiner Inbox gelöscht und zwar mit Shift + Entf. Dann sind die ja auch nicht mehr im Papierkorb zu finden.

gibt es ne Möglichkeit die Mails zurückzuholen oder sind diese endgülitg weg?
