FZR 600 3HE Drosseln wie ?

Hey ich habe vor kurzem meinen Führerschein erworben und mir gestern eine Yamaha FZR 3HE zugelegt mit 28TKM auf der Uhr, jetzt müsste ich sie allerdings noch drosseln lassen:
Wie mach ich das am billigsten ? Welche Art von Drossel ?
Kann man sie selbst einbauen ?
Was würdet ihr mir empfehlen ?
