Jo ist legal. UrhG §87c google das mal. Solange du das ganze dann nicht gewerblich sondern nur privat benutzt kein Thema. Youtube bezahlt glaube ich seid 2007?! sogar GEMA Gebühren für deutsche Youtube Nutzer.

Eigentlich: Nein. Yt ist schon eine Datenbank (vgl. § 87a ff. UrhG), aber hier geht es weniger um den Schutz des Datenbankherstellers als eher um die zur Verfügung gestellten Inhalte.

War so, die Vereinbarung ist aber ausgelaufen und die Verhandlungen mit der GEMA bislang ergebnislos.

Im Ergebnis darf der Benutzer davon ausgehen, dass Yt über die entsprechenden Rechte der Inhalte verfügt, wodurch ein privater Mitschnitt des Angebots jedenfalls nicht illegal ist. Viel weiter möchte ich da auch gar nicht drauf eingehen, weil das Regelwerk dahinter doch recht umfangreich ist.

Mich hat gewundert dass das qualitativ halbwegs anständig ist, zumindest solange man keine high end Audiogeräte besitzt :daumen-falk:

Habe so schon div. Sachen gefunden die sonst nicht zu kriegen waren (über diese MP3 online Shops da natürlich) :daumen:

sofern man den HQ link benutzt (&fmt=18 als Endung) oder die aktuellste Version von dem Free youtube downloader hat und dort HQ auswählen kann, ist die Qualie idR > 128 kbps (vorausgesetzt das Ursprungsfile hat eine entsprechende Qualie, was es in 90% der Fälle auch hat).
Von daher ist es mittlerweile tatsächlich verwendbar geworden :-)

Stimmt schon, wobei die Qualität eigtl nur bei den HQ-Videos mehr oder minder brauchbar ist. Ansonsten haben die Songs immer so einen dumpfen Charakter, finde ich.

Hab den Download Helper als Firefox Plugin, da kann ich bspw. hier bei dem Link:

Einfach oben drauf klicken und das Lied als MP3 runter laden ganz easy ;) Vllt is die Quali ja bissl besser als bei Youtube Links

Durch Zufall auf eine Auflistung gestoßen.
Also HQ hat immerhin 128 Kbps. Davor war das sogar noch Mono :lol:
