Was passiert wenn man durchfällt?!

HI @all!
Ich hab da mal ne frage:

Ich habe den A1 und den 3er Führerschein....
wenn ich jetzt den großen Mopedschein machen möchte und dann durchfallen würde...
kann es dann passieren das man den kompletten Lappen abgeben muss?

ich hab das schon von mehreren gehört das das so gehandhabt wird ... und das wäre mir ein bissle zu blöd :-D

Ich hab mich mal umgesehen und hab festgestellt das die 125cc relativ zeuer sind im gegensatz zu ner Zb 250ccm (z.B EBAY)

wäre froh wenn mich jemand aufklären könnte ;) ( Führerschein technisch :-D )

Es gilt Besitzstandsrecht. Was man hat, kann einem nicht so einfach weggenommen werden, es sei denn, man begeht eine Straftat damit. Du kannst also problemlos durchrasseln, ohne dass man dir deinen Lappen wegnehmen kann.

wenn du duchfällst wirste geknebelt 2 nächte ohne essen und trinken dann darfste dich fitmachen und neue prüfung und die würd ich bestehen! hier in meinem kaff hat noch nie jmd gewagt 2 mal durchzufallen der fahrlehrer is für das oben genannte berüchtigt!!! 8o

wie ich die prüfung gemacht habe hat einer a gemacht und den B. Beim B ist er durchgefallen und den A hat er bestanden und dann auch bekommen

Doch das ist so!!!!!

Wenn man denn A1 hat und bei der A Prüfung durchfällt muss man den A1 abgeben. genauso ist es wenn man als 1. den B macht und danach den A und dann durchfällt. Dann muss man den B auch nochmal machen!!!
