Grundrisse, oder Häuser im Baustadium wie auf dem Bild wirken immer sehr klein. Aber sind erst einmal Wände und Dach vorhanden sieht die Sache ganz anders aus.
Mal als Größenvergleich. Auf die Kellerfläche könnte man 12 Corvette C6 parken und zusätzlich noch einen Grill hinstellen ^^

Ja, was ich erst kürzlich ganz extrem beim Hausaufbau der Nachbarn gesehen hatte. Bei diesem Bild kommen noch die Perspektive und das Fehlen von Vergleichsgrößen hinzu.

also wenn ich mein wohnzimmer betrachte, das 9 auf 9 m hat und mir dann vorstelle das ich dasselbe nochmal obendrauf packe, und vielleicht noch ein 2tes stockwerk mit schrägdach, kommt mir das extrem klein vor ! ich kann ja nicht auf den grundmauern wohnen, zb nimmt das treppenhaus noch mal ne große fläche ein welche abgezogen wird.....

groß ist relativ. ich habe über 100m² für mich alleine. manchmal wünsche ich mir mehr. zb ein reines bügel- und wäschezimmer. da ich prinzipiel faul bin liegt die wäsche erstmal tagelang im wohzimmer... das nervt ^^

der normale zweitgrößte esstisch von ikea... den gabs günstig, ist sogar noch ausziehbar ^^ ich geb ihn nicht mehr her, wenn wirklich mal alle eingeladen sind, ist der immer voll, bzw es wird zu eng....
