Tuninganlage an der ZZ

hey Leutz,
ich hab nun ne arrow komplettanlage, die bringt aber im gegensatz zu der originalanlage nicht so viel v,ax, ist eher noch langsamer!!! Untenrum ist sie ein bisschen besser als die originale, das kann es doch aber nicht sein ??? Oder, das das ding nichts bringt, wo kann hier ein fehler vorliegen ??? Woran kanns liegen, evtl. an der Auslassteuerung ?? Die war mal kaputt und wurde nicht mehr ganz optimal eingestellt. ? Kann es daran liegen. Übrigens ich hab ne ZZ.

Ein Renntütchen alleine bring eben oftmals noch keine oder nur eine geringe Leistung, da muss das komplette Setup stimmen. Vergaser, Zyl., Verdichtung und natürlich auch Bedüsung. Erst dann wird der Auspuff richtig zur Geltung kommen.

Dekadenz ist, wenn das Beste erst noch getuned wird bis es gut genug ist ! !

Da hat Mikx_5 recht. Ich musste bei meiner KTM als ich die EXC Anlage dran gebaut hatte
noch den Düsenstock,die Düse und den Luftfilterkorb tauschen . ?(

also bei mir hat der Arrow nicht so richtig viel gebracht, nur ne brutalen abzug, an der Endgeschwindigkeit hat sie bei mir auch nichts geändert. Nun hab ich die Kraft in endgeschw. umgestetzt -> kleineres Ketterad! Nun will ich den Vergaser noch neubedüsen und Nen anderen Schieber rein, dann müsster der Auspuff noch einiges an Leistung bringen, evtl. noch höher Verdichten.

hab nen arrow an meiner mito... UNTENRUM hat der garnix gebracht...(wie es auch sein sollte bei nem tuning pott).....

ab 7000 rpm is besser.... ab 9000 merkt man richtig was.... jetz dreht meine bis 13000rpm und geht auch richtig vorwärts....

also der nutzbare drehzahlbereich hat sich halt etwas nach oben geschoben....


aber auf jeden fall musst sauber abstimmen, sonst bringt das alles nix....

Zz!!

Servus ZZ-Gott!

Ich Fahr auch ZZ!

Was hast du für den Auspuff gezahlt? und wo hast den gekauft??

Was hat der 30er Schieber gekostet??

Meine is komplett offen !
gleich nach dem aufmachen 145kmh! jetzt (ca1500km später) nur noch 120kmh!

Ich lass demnächst den Zylinder aushohnen und mach nen neuen kolben rein! dann müsstze wieder gehen!

Was leuft deine??

Wie war deine Gedrosselt??

geh einfach zum Händler (Sachs) und sag du willst die untenstehenden Artikel haben er solls dir bestellen.

Vergaserschieber= P 00947 651 0202 000 = 59 Euro
LD - 52 = P 00947 461 1306 000 = 2 Euro
HD = musst du Händler fragen =2 Euro

du kannst mir nicht erzählen das deine ZZ mal 145 lief nie und nimma mit original Übersetzung der Gedrosselten. 16/64 glaub ich.

Auspuff = 250 Euro

Ich hab vorne 17 statt 16Zähne!

jetzt am wochenende kommt der Zylinder Runter, wird ausgehohnt, und s kommt n neuer kolben rein!
Dann geht wieder was!
