wat isn überhaupt, wenn ich mit ner illegalen karre vom kumpel angehalten werde (also nur faher und nicht halter bin)

also nicht offen oder so, nur abgefahrene reifen, blinekr oder so... (also nicht fahren ohne führerschein)

wer bekommt die strafe und warum?!

der halter und der fahrer sind für den zustand der machine verantwortlich,
also bist du auch dran schuld wenn zb. die reifen nicht in ordnung sind, weil du dich vor fahrtantritt vergewissern musst ob alles in ordnung ist.

naja beim ersten wal wirds noch ne geldstrafe un längerer entzug


beim zwetien mal ist er wohl dann ganz weg un geldstraf evt sozi stunden

und beim drittem oder vierten bist du dann im knast
