Schreiben zur Absicherung bei einer Probefahrt

Hallo, morgen kann es evtl. dazu kommen das mein Motorrad probegefahren wird. Hat jemand von euch ein Dokument/Schreiben, womit ich mich gegen eventuell entstehende Schäden seitens des Interessenten gesetzlich absichern kann? Habe dazu gegoogelt aber nichts nützliches gefunden.

hab ich mal selber aufgesetzt, keine ahnung ob das iwas im falle des falls bewirkt, aber denke damit sind alle daten erfasst.
