Was tun, wenn man garantieheft verloren hat?

hy erstmal,

ich habe ja meine rs gebaraucht gekauft, und wollte gestern die Garantie auf meinen lokalen Händler umschreiben lassen. Aber jetzt habe ich nur noch das Handbuch und und den Brief! Keine Ahnug wo das Garantieheft ist! ?(

Was kann ich da machen? Kann mir der Händler ein neues ausstellen, oder wie läuft das?

kann dir zwar nicht weiter helfen aber warum willst du die garantie von einem händler auf den anderen umschreiben ? ich kann doch mein bike in HH kaufen und es in M hinbringen ohne irgendwas umzuschreiben. oder hast du die karre bebraucht bei einem händler gakauft ? dann würde ich das verstehen. und in diesem fall solltest du dich an den händler wenden bei dem du sie gekauft hast.

ich muss die garantie vom vorbesitzer auf mich umschreiben lassen... und dafür brauchz derhändler das heftchen!!!

ich habe meine rs zwar von dem händler gekauft, aber der hate die unter komission drinstehen...

normal musst du nur die karte in dem heftchen mit dem ausgestellten umschreibschein innerhalb von 15 Tagen mit 20€ an Aprilia schicken! Die machen das dann!
Mir war das zu blöd und habs dann vergessen seit diesem Oktober is die Garantie abgelaufen und ich hatte keinen schaden den ich auf sie übertragen hätte können
