Zinkspray an Auspuffanlagen!

Ich hatte bei meiner ZZ unten an der Auspuffkrümmung, die immer im regenwasser hängt, kleine roststellen.
da ich den Auspuff zum ausbrennen eh runter hatte, hab ich auf arbeit zinkspray von Förch draufgesprüht.

KANN ICH ALLEN EMPFEHLEN!! bevor ihr eure Auspuffanlagen frischlackiert, geht in eine LKW-Werke (oder Auto) und fragt mal ganz nett nach Förch oder Normfest Zinkspray. Kauft euch ne büchse und sprayt die unter den lack!
Das rosten wird unterbunden, bzw. ganz eingeschränkt!

hält super, !!!kein!!! durchrosten mehr, da verzinkt. überlackierbar und hitzebeständig!!

ich mach demnäcsht auf meine noch hochtemperaturlack *schwarz* drauf, dann fotofier ich mal wieder.

Wie lang hält da sdenn schon so? auch bei Regen?


KUmpel hat seinen Krümmer entrostet und dann mit so hochfestem (850°C) Lack mehrere Schichten draufgesprayed. Hat auch nach 2-3 Monaten wieder angefangen zu rosten ..

nabei mir hatte ich den alten krümmer bis aufs blech abgeschliffen (bei der MZ)

dann 3schichten duplicolor auspufflack bis 800°C drauf und das hat gehalten. und da war kein zinkspreay drunter!!


achso, es ist wichtig, das das INDUSTRIE ZINKSPRAY ist! die frei im handel erhältliche sollen nicht soi sein. (also das zeug von den versandhändlern)

ich schwör auf das werkstattzeug (FÖRCH!!).

Jo das Zeug, was mein Kumpel draufgemacht hat, war auch so nen Industrie Zeugs, vom Praktiikum für sein Studium.
Hat trotzdem net geholfen ..

so lange hab ich das noch nicht drauf, erst gemacht.

aber die erfahrung nur mit dem lack ist über ~4 monate entstanden. (anfang des jahres)

ein Hendiadyoin ist ja im gegensatz zu nem Pleonasmus durchaus was feines. das sei nur erwähnt um irrtümern vorzubeugen.
