Raider 125 baugleich mit wem?

Hallo, habe eine Raider 125 Bauj.97( Hersteller Changzhou ) geschenkt bekommen.
Nun habe ich das Problem daß der Ansaugstutzen einen Haarriß hat. Den Hersteller konnte ich nicht finden und den Händler gibt es nicht mehr, aber vielleicht weis jemand ein baugleiches Modeloder einen Händler. ?(
Bitte kein: hättest du eine Honda...

Würde mich eher auf die Suche anhand des Motores begeben. Sprich, welcher Motor sitzt drin und in welchen Motorrädern wurde der noch verbaut? Wieviel Leistung hat der exakt, welcher Vergaser etc.

Raider baugleich?

Hallo, nun auf dem Notor steht "Tontse" als Vergaser ist ein Keihin PD HD 95 eingebaut. Der Motor hat 8KW/8000 min. Vielleicht hieft das weiter.

Die Maschine findet man auch ab und an unter der Bezeichnung "Tontse Raider 125".

Keihin ist eine bekannte Marke, da kannst du evtl. Ersatzteile kriegen.

honda verbaut keihin vergaser. mach mal n bild vom ansaugstutzen dann kann ich dir sagen ob der von der xlr 125 (oder auch xr 125, gleiche motor) passen würde

ja, hört sich nach honda an. such dir mal bilder vom jawa dandy oder simson schikra, da siehst du den motor. an der simson waren aber sheng wey vergaser dran. hab ich zwar vorger noch nie gehört, gehen aber gut :D

aber die 8kwwie du meinst sind zu wenig für den motor den ich meine

heißleber aufm Gummi stutzen wird net lange halten WEIL:

geb mal gas und nehms wieder weg, achte mal auf den Ansaugstutzen wie der sich zusammenzieht bzw streckt ;)

evtl würd ich dir da zu Metallkleber raten der ist ziemlich klebstark ....... aber um so weniger ä äm *grübel* dehndingsbums da ^^


zur not Silicon drum

meiner hat auch risse und? solang dir nur oberflächlich sind macht das nix oder siehte die auch schon von innen??

So, habe mir eine Kamera ausgeliehen. Der Ansaugstutzen besteht aus 2 "Rohren" mit je einem Flansch. Das ganze ist mit " Gummie " überzogen. In der Mitte ist ca. 0,5 cm nur Gummie das soll wohl die Vibrationen dämpfen. Die Schelle ist normal nicht vorhanden und das Geschmiere ist 2-Komponentenkleber. So läuft der Motor so einigermasen. Durch die Wärme und Vibrationen löst sich das ganze aber wieder!

kannst du mal ein komplettes bild vom motor und evtl. vom motorrad machen?

dann kann man evtl. eher erkennen was für ein motor es ist hab da auch schon zwei im kopf die es sein könnten

das ganze erinnert mich sehr stark an die Kymco Zing

also die motorhalterungen die bauweise des zylinders
die verschraubung des anlassers die chromeier vorne und hinten
der vergaser scheint auch ähnlich angeschlossen zu sein
nur hat die zing nen gleichdruckvergaser soweit ich mich erinnern kann
