75³ im Moped....welchen ärger bekommt man

Also mein Frend hatte sich nen 75gekauft und er glaubt mir ned days er da mächtig ärgwer bekommt.
also was wist ihr was ma da bekommt an straffen


Ich weiß nr das man vielleicht 2jahre fühererschein später machen darf, mächtige geldstrafe und was noch?

naja wenn es das erste mal is wo er er erwischt wird wird die anzeige dann zu ca 90% fallen gelassen... hier bei uns nennt man das "freifahrt"... und fals sie doch ned fallen gelassen wird isses auch nur halb so schlimm... dann gibts vielleicht ein paar sozialstunden... so ne führerscheinsperre bekommt man erfahrungsgemäß erst nach dem 3 mal....

also mach dir da ma keine sorgen...

den Begriff Leichtkraftrad gibt es aber imo nirgendswo mehr

Zudem deutet das auf nen Frauenfahrzeug hin, also recht wenig Verschleiß am Motor, dafür aber wohl kaputte Kupplung und Getriebe.

Was fragst du dich: Warums den Begriff nimmer geben soll oder warums in meim Fahrzeugbrief steht?

@Pogo: Wasn imo? Also es gibt Imho (In my humble opinion = Meiner bescheidenen Meinung nach) oder Wimre (Wenn ich mich recht erinnere).

In der StVZO gfibt es den Begriff Leichtkraftrad nicht mehr. Seit 1998... Trotzdem wird er bei Führerscheinen noch angegeben. Eigentlich Existiert dieser Begriff nurnoch für die Versicherungen.

Bei mir stand z.B. im Schein: "Motorrad mit Leistungsbeschränkung" ;)
Weil die Band, die auf der Bühne steht, die macht nur Reggae-Schmarren - warum könnt ihr kein Metal spieln? Ihr hab doch E-Gitarren...
