zum thema reserverad: da ist glaub ich kackegal, was das fürn hersteller ist. auch vom fahrverhalten her würd ich mir da keine sorgen machen, willst mitm reserverad ja keine rennen gewinnen, sondern nur bis nach hause oder zur nächsten werkstatt kommen.

der hat mir gesagt, dass man mit dem rechtsschutz nichts machen könnte, weil wir den zu spät beantragt hätten
wir versuchen jetzt aber das ganze übers sozialgericht laufen zu lassen... der anwalt meinte, das müsste gehen

ja wäre ja auch etwas unlogisch das wenn man ne rechtschutz braucht weil man grad kosten am laufen hat man einfach schnell eine abschließt und die das dann sofort übernimmt. Dann könnt man die danach ja auch wieder kündigen^^.
