Kupplung LC2 - HILFE

Hallo zusammen,


ich hab bei meiner LC2 ein ziemlich beschissenes Problem:

Wenn die kalt ist und ich sie anmache und dann in den 1. Gang schalte kuppelt sie nich aus und macht so einen Satz nach Vorne und geht aus. Wenn sie aber einmal ausgekuppelt hat funktionierts einwandfrei. Der Kupplungszug ists auch nicht, der ist schon ziemlich straff.

An was kann das liegen und was kann ich dagegen tun.

P.S.: Kupplungslamellen sind ziemlich neu (3000-5000 km)

heh das ist "normal" da sind die Kuplungsscheiben zusammengeklebt und durch den rupfer gehn die ausseinander! Das ist so wenn sie lange zeit gestanden hat! Wenn dus aber net so rabiat ham willst dann schalt (wenn sie aus ist) in den 6. Gang und schieb sie ein stück musst du halt danach probieren ob sie im 1. zu schieben geht!

Ist bei mir auch, nur nicht so extrem das sie dann ausgeht, aber macht auch ein Ruck nach vorn !

Etwas mindereung bringt Automatikgetriebeöl !

ich krieg warscheinlich anfang des nächsten Monats ne KTM LC2 von 97´.
Wollt mich mal erkundigen, was die so für schwachpunkte hat, bzw. ob sie welche hat ;),
und wenn ja, wie die am besten zu pflegen sind.

Eine schwäche was aber in griff zu kriegen ist, ist das die Nipel vom Kupplugszug oft reißen !

Das ist der scheiß Schraubnippel. Mach dir einfach nen Lötnippel hin, dann hast du ruhe. Mir ist der Schraubnipel alle 1000km abgefatzt. Der Lötnippel hält jetzt schon über 5000km.

hehe, da fällt mir gerade ein... mein nachbar hat sich mit seinem mofa in die kurve gelegt und genau in dem moment is sein kupplungszug gerissen :D shit happens, den hats grad gelegt :))

Genau die erfahrung hab ich auch gemacht, jetzt mit Lötnippel hebts schon ne weile und keine Litze oder so angerissen... :-)

Sollte es nicht der Kupplungszug sein und auch nicht ie Kupplungseinstellung helfen vielleicht ein paar andere kleine Tipps:

- anderes Motoröl ausprobieren!!!
- altes Öl mal gegen neues tauschen, wirkt oft Wunder.

Was verwendet ihr für Motoröle???
