Frage zu KTM LC4 SMC

Sers,
hab ne frage zur smc. Die 04er smc hat offen ca 65 ps. Ist aber mit 34 eingetragen. Wenn einen die bullen damit erwischen,was kann dann auf mich zukommen? was genau für strafen gibts da drauf?
Fährt zufällig jmd hier eine?

(frag für nen kumpel,der sich eine hohlen will)

Hmm naja falls er noch in der 34PS Zeit ist dann:

Fahren ohne Führerschein
Fahren ohne Betriebserlaubnis
Fahren ohne Versicherungsschutz

Folgen? Hmm Punkte, Bußgeld, Füherscheinentzug (?) und bei nen Unfall zahlt halt er.

ambesten erst garnicht anhalten dann gibts keine probleme , naja auser wenn du inner stadt wohnst dann würd ich mir das aber auch nicht zulegen

Jo aber so viel ich weiß dann nur mitn normalen LC 4 Auspuff...glaub ich. Weiß der DaBomb bestimmt besser :o

du hast den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen!

Zulassungsfähig mit offener Leistung ist mit dem SXC Auspuff nicht möglich, wenn also offene Leistung eingetragen wird, dann unter der Vorraussetzung das ein normaler Edelstahl ESD montiert ist. Also auch nicht legal offen!

Jo stimmt mit dem Auspuff des Teil is offen mitm SXC Pott einfach zu laut ! Wenn man da ez dann den zulassungsfähigen dranmacht geht dadurch Leistung verloren (wenn ja wieviel) oder nur leiser ?
