Mooooooooment. Ich seh da im Hintergrund den Orig. Schalldämpfer liegen. Du hast nicht wirklich einfach den pott auffen Krümmer geknallt? Bekommste das dicht und hast leistungstechnisch das schon getestet?

Ich habe mir von einem Mechatroniker von einem Alten Auspuff schön den Ring hinschweisen lassen. Es ist 100% Dicht. Leistung konnte ich noch nicht über 120 Testen, das Wetter spielt nicht ganz mit hier. Vom Saund hat sich einiges getan :P

Mach lieber mal n Bild von der Seite wo man das gesamte Kunstwerk sehen kann, so isses ja total nichtssagend.
Also das Geilste für mich beim Sex mit der Lok ist halt wenn ich auch an ihre Feuerbüchse kann.

haste den nur so rauf gebaut??? ...denn nen 4 takter esd ist ganz anderes aufgebaut als nen 2 takt esd...wenn du es ricvhtig machen willst komplett leer machen und das inneleben wie bei deinem anderen esd gestellten.

Angepasst und raufgebaut. Zu viel arbeit für dieses teil. Also leistungsverlust gibts nicht. Sie fährt nicht wirklich langsamer oder schneller nun wie vorher. nur die optik und der sound haben sich meiner meinung nach stark verbesserd. heute abend werde ich nach der arbeit weiltere bilder und den soundcheck hochladen :D

so dick wie der innendurchmesser ist kannst du von der lautstärke auch schon fast ohne endschalldämpfer fahren.

zweitakt esd´s sind genau so aufgebaut wie viertakt esd´s.

entweder ists ein reflektionsdämpfer (schön leise, wartungsfrei...) oder ein absorbationsdämpfer. das sind die höllendinger wo du durchgucken kannst und wo die zweitakt rotze rausspritzt.

aborbationsdämpfer lassen die ganzen hellen scheppertöne durchgehen und in hohen drehzahlen sind die extremst laut. die haben eigendlich nie ne abe. außer tu baust einen eater rein. dann hast du aber nichts anderes als eine absorbations und reflektionsdämpfer kombination.

reflektionsdämpfer bestehen aus mehreren kammern wo die schallwellen richtung motor oder irgendwelche drahtgeflechte reflektiert werden.die abgase kommen aber nicht ungehindet nach draußen.

Mach doch mal Fotos von der gesamten Maschine ;)
Sieht schon ein bisschen komisch aus mit dem dünnen Verbindungsrohr und dem fetten Topf.
Aber wenn du einen ansprechenden Soundcheck ablieferst, kannst du mich bestimmt auch
überzeugen.
