Problem mit Bluray-Player

Problem mit Bluray-Player

Servus die Herren,

ich hab mal wieder n technisches Problem ;)
Und zwar beschließt mein Bluray-player ( ein Philips BDP2500) in unregelmäßigen Abständen Pause zu machen.
Das sieht dann so aus: Ich schau einen Film, völlig egal ob DVD, BD oder auch mal ne Musik-CD. Die spielt er dann ganz normal ab, bis dann irgendwann für ca 2sec das bild schwarz wird. Im oberen Eck erscheint dann son Kasten, der mir sagt HDMI soundso, Auflösung soundso. Während der Zeit läuft der Film weiter, ist also wie ne Art Bildschirmschoner mit gleichzeitigem Tonausfall. Ist extrem nervig das Ganze, vor allem weil das ca 3-10mal pro Film vorkommt.
Ich hoffe jetzt auf ne einfache Lösung...Das macht er btw schon ab Neuzustand, dasses wegen einer nicht durchgeführten Aktualisierung ist glaub ich jetzt nicht...

kann dir leider nicht direkt helfen würd ich aber sofort reklamieren wenn der im werkszustand schon faxen macht is das komisch.

Hmm ja, den Kassenzettel such ich auch schon wie verrückt, is in meinem Saustall aber schwierig. Deswegen wärs ganz gut wenns dafür ne einfache Lösung gäb, wenn nicht muss ich halt schaun...

Ich nehm mal an die Anzeige die du meinst kommt vom TV oder? weil der beschriebene Fehler hört sich für mich an wie ein wackel kontakt an einer der HDMI Buchsen oder nen Kabelbruch im HDMI Kabel. hattest du am TV an der HDMI Buchse mal nen anderes Gerät angeschlossen? Oder hast du ne Möglichkeit mal dein Kabel an nem anderen Gerät zu testen?
