bohrer im metall versenkt

hi,

habe da mal ne frage und zwar, habt ihr ne idee wie ich nen angebrochenen bohrer aus metall wieder raus bekomme? der hängt ziemlich fest und ich hätte den schon gerne raus, weil ich da nen gewinde rein schneiden wollte...

bin für jede hilfe dankbar

Das ist ein Problem.
Denn Borher sind aus gehärtetem Stahl gefertigt, sprich ausbohren wird schwierig.

Evtl kannste das mit flüssig Stickstoff kühlen und dnan kaputthauen, würd ich aber dann nur machen, wenn das Metall nichts tragendes ist ...

Hab das selbe Problem, alledings mit nem abgebrochenen linksausdreher in meinem RAHMEN vom Motorrad.
Wenn du ne Lösung hast lss sie mir ziukommen danke :P

Wenn der Bohrer etwas dicker ist , bohr in das abgebrochene Stück ein Loch rein und dann schneid ein Gewinde rein, dann nimmste ne Schraube und drehst sie mit Schraubensicherung in den abgebrochenen Bohrer und wartest nen Tag und versuchst ihn rauszudrehen..

hi,

also gut, cih bin nicht alleine^^

das problem ist, ichglaube flüssigstickstoff wird teuer, dann kann ich mir auch nen neuen lenker kaufen :-/

irgendwer wird doch sicher ne lösung kennen.... hoffe ich

//edit, ne der bohrer is eher klein... und in nen bohrer bohren geht nich, hab ich schon versuch, mit dem ergebniss das ich nen paar bohrer über den jordan gehimmelt habe:(

bohrer sind aus hss. also schnellarbeitsstahl und nicht aus hartmetall.
also kannst du sie mit einem richtigen hartmetallbohrer ausbohren.
den bohrer zu zerstören wird sehr schwer da hss sehr zäh ist und somit schlecht in 1000 kleine stücke zerbricht.
zum aufbohren kann man auch hartmetall fräser nehmen.

Wenn du viel Geduld hast nimm nen Hartmetallbohrer und bohr da rum biste ihn raus hast

Alternativ nur noch Dynamit :P

vergiß das, es funtioniert nicht. So wie ich das verstanden habe bohrst du gerade an deinem Lenker herum. Alles was du jetzt unternimmst um den Bohrer herauszukriegen, macht dir ein ziemlich großes loch, und damit ist der Lenker hinüber. Schaut von dem Bohrer nichts mehr heraus?

fallsw as rausguckt, spann den bohrer ein(ggf. mit ner feststellbaren rohrzange), halt den lenker irgendwie starr und versuch den auszudrehen, vllt noch 2-k-kleber o.ä. zwischen den bohrer und die zange, damits net durchrutscht

das abgebrochene stück, welches noch im lenker steck wieder in die bohrmaschine einspanne, den lenker gut festhalten und dann den bohrer mit galle im rückwärtsgang rausdrehen. das wäre eine brutale methode.

du kannst auch vorher versuchen den bohrer mit ner zange rauszudrehen.

bei beiden methoden kanns allerdings passiern, dass dir der bohrerrest endgültig abbricht.

die edlere methode: du erhitzt entweder den lenker und kühlst den bohrer, damit könnte dieser sich lockern, oder du kühlst den abgebrochenen bohrer extrem ab, wie du das machen willst ist mir allerdings schleierhaft.


edit: sry, guckt ja nix raus, also kA....
