Hallo alle miteinander,

sagt mal... Hat jemand einen Bericht im Fernsehen gesehen, wo Motorräder aus Großbritanien angeboten werden (hauptsächlich im Internet), und dann die Kunden bezahlen, und das Bike nie bekommen?

Ich habe nähmlich ein Angebot für eine R1, die recht günstig ist....
Der Verkäufer hat die wohl in Deutschland inseriert, aber lebt in Großbritanien. Er ist dort umgezogen und nu braucht er das Geld.
Habe mit ihm schon mehrere Mails geschrieben und es kahm immer was vernünftiges zurück. Er macht echt einen sehr vertraulichen Eindruck. Haben nur auf Englisch geschrieben, damit er es besser verstehen kann...
Die Yamaha hat auch deutsche Papiere, und sie kann problemlos zugelassen werden in Deutschland...
Ich kann auch erst die Hälfte bezahlen und dann wenn ich das Motorrad habe, dann die andere Hälfte. Wenn er den ersten Zahlungsschwung erhalten hat, wird das Ding losgeschippert, mit einer Firma, die es wirklich gibt (Royal Shipping). Allerdings ist der Sitz der Firm wiederrum in Istanbul, was mich wiederrum auch sehr stutzig macht...

Nun hab ich das Ganze der Mutter meiner Freundin erzählt, und die meinte, dass im Fernsehen mal ein Bericht kahm, wo die darüber gewarnt haben. Ich weiss jetzt nicht.....
Kann auch sein, dass die Mutter das nicht will, dass ich Motorrad fahre, weil ein Bekannter von ihr hatte vor 30 Jahren mal nen Unfal mit ner Simmi und seid dem hat er nen Arm, der Taub ist.... Kann natürlich sein, dass sie Angst hat. Immerhin hat die R1, die fast das 60fache an Leistung, wie ne Simmi.....

Helft mir. Muss mich die nächsten 7 Tage entscheiden....
Die meisten Inserate, finde ich auch nur bei Motoscout24.de, bei Mobile.de finde ich, glaub ich, gar keine.....

naja war mir von anfang an etwas zu bunt die ganze sache.....

wollte nur nochmal, fachliche meinungen hören

wieso soll ich denn naiv sein?

es kann doch alles sein oder nicht? nen bekannter hat ne 998 für 3000€ bekommen und die hatte 8000km runter und war damals 4 jahre alt. und das ding ist top. privatkauf, angesehen und dann gekauft. ist echt nen super teil

privatkauf funktioniert so:

man ruf an , schaut sich das ding an , schreibt einen vertrag nieder ( kann man bestimmt ne vorlage über ne nachfrage bei motorrad oder versicherung bekommen ). dann bezahlt man bar bei der übergabe und gut ist es.
man bezahlt generell kein motorrad das man nicht mitnehmen kann. gab schon genug fälle von abzocke. nur bares ist wahres
