Netzteil von Scanner auf funktion überprüfen, nur wie?

Kann mir jemand helfen und erklären wie ich ein Netzteil vom scanner auf funktion überprüfen kann?

oder es ist jetzt beides kaputt weil das Netzteil vom Scanner mehr Spannung abgibt als der Textboy verträgt und nicht angegangen is weil du ihn zerschossen hast :D
Es kostet viel Geld billig auszusehen

In den meisten Fällen tut es wenn's warm wird und tut es nicht mehr wenn's kalt bleibt.
