ich setz mich immer hin und scheiß mich bis auf den letzten rest leer.Mei doc hat gesagt man soll nichts machen was verstopft sonst gehen die viren net raus und man ist länger krank.
Also kräftig scheißen.Scheißen scheißen und nochmal scheißen.
Wennste fertig bist scheißte weiter bis nimmer geht.
