Motorisierung: 50ccm Hubraum

Geschwindichkeit: 45kmh

Die „Dritte Verordnung zur Änderung der Fahrerlaubnis-Verordnung und anderer straßenverkehrsrechtlicher Vorschriften“ laut Bundesrat Drucksache 305/04 hat am 11.6.2004 den Bundesrat passiert.

In § 6 des Straßenverkehrsgesetzes heißt es jetzt wörtlich:

„Klasse S: Dreirädrige Kleinkrafträder und vierrädrige Leichtkraftfahrzeuge jeweils mit einer durch die Bauart bestimmten Höchstgeschwindigkeit von nicht mehr als 45 km/h und einem Hubraum von nicht mehr als 50 cm' im Falle von Fremdzündungsmotoren, einer maximalen Nutzleistung von nicht mehr als 4 kW im Falle anderer Verbrennungsmotoren oder einer maximalen Nenndauerleistung von nicht mehr als 4 kW im Falle von Elektromotoren; bei vier rädrigen Leichtkraftfahrzeugen darf darüber hinaus die Leermasse nicht mehr als 350 kg betragen, ohne Masse der Batterien im Falle von Elektrofahrzeugen".

Laut § 10 kann der Führerschein S ab 16 Jahren erworben werden.

Der Führerschein Klasse "S" ist eigenständig und darf nur im falle vor 1988 gemachtem A1 gefahren werden!!!

aber wenn ich son ding fahren würde, würde ich von mir aus schon ein helm benutzen. ich kann solche leute nicht verstehen die nur weil es kein muss ist, kein helm tragen :wand:

Der S is eine führerschein klasse extra, wie das du von 0 einen M machst musst du ohne autolappen von 0 einen S machen

Hast Recht, hab grad nochmal nachgeguckt. Ich hatte irgendwie im Kopf rumschwirren, dass mn damit alles bis 45 Kmh fahren darf. Trotzdem ist DER Führerschein echt Blödsinn. Man sollte irgendwie ne Klasse Q mit Q1, Q beschränkt und so weiter einführen. Fährt sich ein Quad doch etwas anders als ein Auto...
