Leistungsfreiheit beim Unfall

Hallo zusammen.
Habe gerade mal den Bericht von der HP "Leistungsfreiheit beim Unfall" gelesen.

Verstehe ich das richtig das man bei einem evtl. Unfall mit einem Ungedrosselten Motorrad maximal 5000€ zahlen muss. SO verstehe ich das, wäre mir ganz neu.
