Homologisieren ist der Abnahme, wenn eine Firma ein neues Modell auf den Markt bringen möchte. Ich habe das so verstanden, daß z.B. eine neue Yamaha TDR schon noch angemeldet werden darf, aber Yamaha kein Nachfolgemodell auf den Markt bringen darf, das die Abgaswerte überschreitet. AFAIR dürfen auch Moppeds die vorher homologiert wurden und die Grenze überschreiten dann nicht mehr neu angemeldet werden. Aussredem gilt das nicht ab 6.03 sondern ab 2004 , oder ?

Im Dt125 Forum hat jemand ne Mail an Yamaha geschickt und die meinten ab 6.03.. Das die 50er durchkommen hoffe ich mal. Aber wollte mir ja ne Rieju holen und die fährt gedrosselt ja auch 50-60. Kommt die dann auch noch durch ?

Edit: Vielecht kann jemand der sich auskennt mal bei einer Zulassungsstelle anrufen.
Hab`n Fahrad und bin stolz drauf ;)

cool. wär phat wenn du die antwort des ministeriums hier genau oder direkt wörtlich reinschreibst :-) . mir geht es genauso wie dir, meine RS hab ich zwar schon, aber ich will sie nicht direkt anmelden, wegen der krassen steuern. hoffentlich stimmt das alles nicht...

Es gilt:
Alle Motorräder ab 125ccm die ab 6.03 neu zugelassen werden und keinen 3-Wege-Katalysator besitzen werden nicht zugelassen!Gebrauchte Modelle die vorher schon einam eine Zulassung hatten werden wieder zugelassen!Die Regelung betrifft nicht die 50ccm Roller!

So hats mir mal mein Fahrlehrer erklärt

Nicht im März dieses Jahr.. er meint damit Juni 2003 aber das ist glaube auch falsch, mir wäre es eh egal :D

praktisch:
mito hat 124,63 ccm, die würde also noch durchkommen
Rollerfahrer haben unterdurchschnittlich kleine Genitalien, riechen schlecht, stammen aus Ehen unter Geschwistern, haben stark sodomitische Neigungen, sind Kommunisten, gehören den Freimaurern an und hören nur Musik aus den Top 10.

Hatte ma ne AF-1 mit 32 PS im Schein angemeldet, hat genau 9 € pro Jahr an Steuern gekostet ...

zum rest hät ich (auf die gefahr hin mich zu wiederholen) ma gerne seriösere quellen als "hat mein fahrlehrer egsagt , hat mein onkle gesagt" ...

Hallo,

unseres Wissens tritt dieses Verbot erst 2005 ein. Die Zweitakter werden genau genommen nicht verboten, sie sind derzeit noch nicht in der Lage die gewünschten Emissionswerte zu erreichen.

Frage mich jetz natürlich was jetz stimmt ?(
