andere sachen weiss ich net auswendig


ich schaffs einfach net,mehr zu essen,sonst würd ich auch trainieren,aber mit dem,was ich im moment ess,kann man keine muskeln aufbauen,so sieht mein essensplan aus:

frühstück (6:30uhr): zwei bis drei doppelbelegte schwarzbrote mit streichkäse

mittagessen (11.45 oder 12:30) oft gar nix,wenn doch vier hot dogs mit ketchup

abendessen (15:00 - 20:00) entweder tiefkühlpizza,spaghetti,currywurst,suppe,....

also net grad der bringer

Auf Hot Dogs gehört Senf, Ketchup (evtl. Hamburgersoße), Gürkchen, Cole Slaw und dänische Röstzwiebeln. Sonst schmecken die doch nich.

bei gelegenheit probier ich`s aus!


hab mal ne frage,is soja milch eigentlich besser als normale milch?? weil sojamilch schmeckt mir jetzt besser als normale! da sind ja auch ganz andere sachen drin,als bei normaler milch,unterstützt die evtl. den muskelaufbau??

macht kein unterschied hat nur bissl weniger fett

hotdogs kommt bei mir drauf ketchup röstzwiebeln und wenns geht käse
wenn man selbst nur mit 10kmh fährt, bei schnee dann ist das evtl auch schon an dem grenzbereich, und da lernt man richtig gut das fahren.

Oh leutz was geht hier bei uns nur abbb ey ! Einer nimmt zeug nachm traning das da halt agressiv macht ,eben sagt einer er nimmt was das macht nur dicke Eier "! 8o Un jeder will/geht ins Studio !

Und ich mit meinem normalen Eiweiß :rolleyes:!NAja ich geh ja bald ins Studio !
