das schon aber mit tp kann man halt grad beim bankdrcken noch bissl mehr rausholen mein zugturm daheim fr latziehn und rudern geht au net mehr richtig weil zu viel gewicht etc (gut könnt man au klimmzüge machen- wüsst ich jetz aber net wo und LH rudern vorgebeugt- mag ich aber gar net)
ausserdem hab ich eh genug zeit :D

probetraining weiß noch net so recht freihantelbereich könnt gern größer sein

also ich gehe ja auch im moment nur fs. Die haben dort aber keine freihanteln sondern nur geräte halt. ich würde gerne so zuhause noch etwas machen. Was haltet ihr von so einem set oder ist das eher schrott?

ist halt kein fitness center in dem man auch richtige bbler sieht sondern halt einfach leute die was für sich und ihren körper tun wollen..........

naja ich könnt da nicht trainieren, mags lieber frei und außerdem besteht so gut wies komplette train aus freien übungen

hehe was die gestern für augen gemacht hätten wär ich in nur halb so krasser form da eingelaufen :D
