nabend allerseits!

solangsam nervt es mich an. hat jemand irgendwelche tipps, wie man in einen halbwegs menschlichen tagesrhythmus zurückfindet??
es ist egal, ob ich morgens früh aufstehe oder nicht, ich kann abends einfach nicht einschlafen.
tipps wie tabletten oder ne flasche schweren wein trinken fallen weg, da ich keine lust habe abhängig zu werden (obwohl diese mittelchen ja manchmal ganz nett sind :rolleyes:).

egal ihr hobbypsychologen und - psychopathen da draußen: ich brauche HILFE!! :-)

ich hab das selbe problem

um 5 schlafen gegangen und um 8 schon aufgestanden und trotzdem sitz ich da und bin nciht mal etwas müde

(das geht schon seit wochen so) :(

hab das gleiche z.Z.... seit dfast einer woche immer erst um 3-4 ins bett und morgens zwischen halb 7 und 7 raus...

muahah wir waren eigtl. auch viel zu spät...die vor uns haben noch karten für die 1ste reihe gekauft,als wir dran waren haben sie die karten ausgegeben die reserviert waren aber nicht abgeholt wurden...so saßen wir dann letzte reihe mitte :daumen:
